Every Trelivo ERP client starts on our off-the-shelf services. While you’re on them, we keep your Graduation File: a running log of every limit you hit and every “can it do this?” you ask.Graduation is open only to clients on our managed services. Throughout your subscription, we log every process limit and capability request in your Graduation File, so your graduation scope is evidence-based rather than estimated.
When the time comes, that file becomes your graduation scope, backed by evidence instead of guesses. And if you never outgrow the services, that’s fine too. Graduation is earned, not pushed.
